Hi y'all, My partner and I, Joe Gutierrez, are currently searching through Armadillo Legacy Partners, based in Austin, TX. Like many searchers, we've spent a lot of time on proprietary outreach through email, but we've noticed reply rates becoming increasingly challenging. We're continuing our email efforts, but we're also putting more emphasis on cold calling and building genuine relationships with local operators, business owners, and industry contacts who know their markets well. One area we're particularly interested in is developing relationships with river guides and other local connectors across Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio. We're primarily focused on B2B services, but we're always interested in getting to know people with strong connections to the local business community.
