Looking to connect with someone with premium garden retail / distribution relationships

Hi Searchfunder community,
I’m looking to connect with someone who has real operating experience and relationships within the garden retail or outdoor living ecosystem, particularly with garden centers, nurseries, or other channels that serve higher-end or more serious home gardeners.
I’m involved with a small company in the home gardening category that produces raised garden beds using HDPE rather than the PVC commonly found in many competing products. The focus is on durability, long-term outdoor performance, and offering a more environmentally responsible alternative to materials that tend to degrade and end up in landfills.
The business is currently operating through Amazon and a direct website, and I’ve spent time speaking with local nurseries and garden centers, but I've run into consistent challenges with floor space and product fit in those environments.
I’m trying to better understand where more durable/eco-friendly, premium products like this fit from a distribution standpoint, and to connect with someone who has experience and relationships that could help navigate that.
Areas of interest include:
How premium garden or outdoor products are positioned and sold
Which channels are best suited for higher-quality, longer-lasting products
How buyers evaluate products that are not competing on the lowest price
Relationships across garden retail, outdoor living, or adjacent channels
At this stage, I’m simply looking to connect and learn from someone who has operated in this space and understands the distribution side of the business.
