Looking to Connect with Lending Brokers (SBA & Non-SBA)

I’m looking to connect with lending brokers (SBA and Non-SBA) to learn more about your lending parameters and explore potential collaboration opportunities for deal financing. We operate in the trades space — HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical — with typical deal sizes up to $5M purchase price. All our deals are cash-flowing businesses with a minimum DSCR of 1.5 or higher. We handle due diligence in-house and engage external partners as needed. To save time for both sides, I want to clarify upfront: We do not pay any upfront fees (retainers, earnest money, etc.) We do not sign exclusivity agreements If you meet these criteria and believe there’s potential to work together, I’d be happy to connect.
