Looking to connect with investors interested in the firearms & ammo space.

This is an industry that you either love or hate, and has some unique features & quirks that make capital raising a little more difficult than normal. My partner and I together have nearly 30 years in the space, and my partner led the mil/LE ammo divisions at Remington and later RUAG.

We are looking to connect with investors that are interested in the space, as usually this is something that you get into because you are interested in guns/ammo yourself and like some of the fringe benefits that come with owning a firm in this industry.

We're approaching this as independent sponsors but are fully prepared (and expect to) jump in as management from day 1 until things stabilize.
