Who already owns a home service business but is looking to expand via acquisition or organic growth? What tools are you using for automation, lead followup, or scheduling to reduce load on team and capture leads more easily? Curious what is working and what's not. Anyone using some of the newer AI chatbots/voice agents? What is your experience with those? TIA Cheers

Hey Judd. I'm doing consulting for equity with a plumbing company in Colorado Springs. Right now we're working on operations and basic GTM blocking and tackling. Part of that work is moving to a CRM (Jobber) that has an AI receptionist capability. We'll be lighting that up in the next couple of weeks so I can update here once I know how it's going.

If your company is already on G Suite, google cloud has solid AI support tools through vertex AI. Heavier lift than simple tools like Make.com and Zapier, but also much more scalable. I live in Boulder area too btw.
