Hi all — I’m actively pursuing acquisitions in the lower middle market and looking to connect with experienced brokers on the East Coast (NY, NJ, CT, MA, PA, etc.). Criteria: • EBITDA: $750K–$2M (flex up to ~$2.5M for the right fit) • Valuation: ≤4.5x multiple preferred • Industries of focus: • IT services / MSP, managed cybersecurity, cloud & helpdesk • Telecom / VoIP / UCaaS integrators & low-voltage/network installers • Trade skill businesses (plumbing, HVAC, electrical contractors) • Business services (BPO, data entry & processing, payroll, HR outsourcing, nearshore staff augmentation) • Profile: Recurring revenue models preferred, low customer concentration, strong #2 or successor leadership in place, limited owner dependency If you’re a broker (or can recommend one) working in this space, I’d love to connect.
