^redacted‌ - fellow Atlantan here! Best advice - start reaching out on active deals that are a fit, and use that as a way to get to know existing brokers. Their schedules are FULL and there are a LOT of qualified buyers in today's market (especially in Atlanta), so you could struggle to get conversations without it being related to a relevant deal. Would recommend using Search Assistant (www.searchassistant.io) to help streamline your brokered deal sourcing process so you can spend more time engaging with brokers than sorting through listing websites.
