Thiago - I posted on SF about this some time ago....I own a B2B distribution company, and we have developed a workflow solution that ensures the customers PO matches what was shipped, which then reconciles to what was invoiced. Our products are typically 2-4 boxes, so it's not unusual for us to ship###-###-#### large boxes via LTL per order. I believe our workflow would greatly help other B2B distribution companies that do not want to invest a fullblown ERP. My email is redacted

Thiago-I spent 25 years in IT consulting, mostly custom development solutions, lots of business analysis and process modernization. I'm no longer with my firm, though I'd recommend them especially for custom work. Now, I work on the people side of process improvement (which is just as important but often undervalued) through executive coaching. I'll shoot you an invite on LinkedIn.
