Looking to connect investors to a potential SMB opportunity

Hi everyone,

I'm connected with the owners of a US-based SMB who are potentially needing to raise some capital for growth. I have no formal arrangement or agreement with them; this is just a relationship and I offered to see if I can be helpful in passing along names to connect with.

They are in the waste & environmental services space and will need to purchase more equipment and/or build out a facility in order to grow to the next level. I'm not sure of the exact dollar amount they may need (and I think they are still evaluating different scenarios), but I'd peg it on the low end around a few hundred thousand dollars, up to maybe a million or more. So, not really into LMM PE size territory, which is why I thought Searchfunder could be helpful.

I believe they are open to both debt and equity structures, but I don't know if they have a preference of one vs the other.
