Looking to confirm multiples for a medical clinic

I'm seeing 5-6x on the low end ($1-3M in EBITDA) and 8-9x on the high end (~$10M in EBITDA). Can provide more details as required but curious if anyone has any high level thoughts here. Thanks all.
