I'm a U.S based searcher seeking to partner with investors, who are looking to invest in a tech-enabled service or SaaS company, in order to close out my fund. I have approx. 90% committed capital and would like to close out fundraising over the next two weeks. In addition, I have a tech-enabled deal under LOI and a developing pipeline being filled with SaaS and other tech-enabled opportunities. The plan is to either: i. use search funds towards legal and financial/accounting due diligence costs plus the purchase price, if ODD & CDD supports an acquisition; OR ii.) use the funds to cover OpEx while I continue to source deals, if I decide to kill the current deal under LOI.
