Would love to chat to brokers / bankers who have run mandates in the $5-15m EV range. And Searchers / Operators who have sold a business in this range. I’m exploring ways to streamline small-cap M&A workflows. Focus is on the day-to-day execution: sourcing, buyer outreach, diligence, and closing mechanics. My background is large cap advisory so conscious this is a very different space. Would really appreciate a quick chat. Happy to share my findings too.
