What has been your experience/biggest lesson learned in the e-commerce space? Looking into acquiring an e-commerce business. I believe the logistics and ability to scale the business is a lot simpler due to my understanding that the business doesn't need a brick and mortar location (besides a warehouse) and the ability to not need to hire so fast
