Hi There! I've been working on a framework to build out a first 100 day post-close growth plan. I've applied it to my own deals but I'm looking to refine it on a few more! Are you or do you know someone under LOI or who has recently acquired and could use some help on the growth side? -James ps. I don't have anything to sell, just trying to get a few more data points.
