Looking for VAT/HMRC Accountant

I'm looking for some help evaluating the VAT liabilities and legal language in an APA as it relates to a US company purchasing the assets of a UK company. Does anyone have any recommendations for an accountant versed in this?

On the tax side I would recommend Carl Lundberg of Gerald Edelman. ^Searchfunder member‌. Carl has a network of legal advisors, Ashtons is excellent but do not seem to be on Searchfunder.
