I am looking at an ecommerce business with $3.5 million EBITDA. Not enough collateral so I need a bank that lends based on cash flow. Mezz lenders are expensive.

How big of an equity injection would a bank require? I have raised a relatively large amount but just don't know if will be enough as far as a bank is concerned.

I’d look at Live Oak (^redacted‌), Provident (^redacted‌), & Avid to start. SBICs can also be a great option depending on the situation, and RF Partners (^redacted‌) is wonderful.

There many banks who will give SBA guaranteed cash flow loans under $5 Million. I have transactions up to $8 M with such loans. I can share names of individuals and banks if interested.
