Looking for third party tech diligence providers

I'm currently interning for a fund that is targeting SaaS companies, and I'm helping them identify and research some well-respected tech diligence providers in the search community. For those of you who are closing/have closed a SaaS-based acquisition, could you please share any suggestions of who should be on this short list?
