While being part of this community for a while, as a quick introduction, I am the founder of KSMC, a boutique consulting firm focused on M&A Advisory (FDD/QOE) Services, CFO Advisory Services and Outsourced Accounting Services. I come with 19+ years of hands-on advisory experience with Big 4 firms and large consulting firms. We are based out of North America, but our reach is global. I am looking to explore potential collaborations within the network.

I wish I had more to offer as first-hand experience, but I will actually be starting the offer -> DD process very soon. I'll watch this post closely, as I will likely need to retain an advisor with adventure economy experience.
