Im looking for support from 3rd parties for due diligence. Are there any firms who have reasonable fees, who work with searchers? Preferably a one stop shop for both financial and legal diligence. Thank you

Just to level set - I would not expect their to be a one stop shop with reasonable fees that can do both legal and financial DD.
