We are planning to acquire one of the top 5 podcast hosting and growth platforms similar to https://anchor.fm/. The company is profitable with solid recurring revenue, low churn, a great founding, and an operating team.

We already have financing for the majority of the deal and are looking for 1-2 strategic equity investors with smart capital to come on board with $2 MM in financing remaining with a nice return and upside. My partners and I are experienced founders that have grown D2C and SAAS companies.
