I have some existing deals within a certain category and know other companies within this category that want to sell, buy or merge. I am trying to put together a hybrid roll-up scenario that makes sense for all parties. Hey ^redacted‌ - I've done both mergers and roll-ups (and have done mergers as part of larger roll-up strategies). I also have a deep bench of tax attorneys at my firm, who can provide a ton of value on the tax side (which is a necessity for these type of deals).
