Looking for someone with experience in small serial acquisition

Anyone have experience systematically rolling up businesses under $2mm of revenue? We have done 10 acquisitions (some of them bigger than that, but most pretty small). Looking to get advice on how to enhance our approach from someone who has done a lot of these###-###-#### +?).

I know a lot of people have done roll-ups, but not sure about the size, and small ones seem to require a different approach.

If you've done this or could point me to someone who has, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
- Nic

Thanks for the tag ^redacted‌. I follow Ben Kelly on IG (@benkellyone) and LI (http://linkedin.com/in/benjaminpkelly) who may have some insight on smaller side deal flow. BTW - I’m trying to do the same but the smaller the acquisition, the harder it is to put any debt on them (and pay yourself). Best of luck.
