I've submitted an LOI that hasn't been accepted yet, but trying to get my attorney and accountant lined up in case it is accepted. Please send recommendations for an SMB attorney and accountant for due diligence. Thanks!

Hi Evelyn, here's a few thoughts: first, ask around to deal-makers you trust to see who they recommend. Second, do a bunch of initial consults. They should be free (be very skeptical of the attorney who charges for an initial consult). Ask a lot of questions about experience, communication style, and fee structure! You really will benefit from having someone you work well with. Finally, I did a Searchfunder Webinar on the topic of choosing an attorney (in particular for smaller deals) a while back.
