Definitely a lot of competition if you confine yourself to two counties, I have found proprietary search very difficult at that size SDE/EBITDA, I would recommend checking all of the main broker sites 2X a week assuming you are still working. If you are full-time searching I would think your geo criteria is way too narrow

Aside - If anyone has found a good method for proprietary outreach for sub 1M EBITDA, I would love to connect
