Hey everyone, Christoph here from CT Acquisitions. We're a deal origination and sourcing firm that works with a network of PE firms and capital partners in the lower middle market. We're looking to expand our buyer network, specifically for sub $2M EBITDA opportunities and ideally sub $1M. A lot of the deals we come across at the smaller end don't meet the minimum thresholds of our institutional partners. Quick note on how we work: roughly 80% of our partners work with us on a success fee basis. We're not here to sell retainers. We want to get compensated based on actually closing good deals. We're primarily US focused but expanding into other regions as our network grows. To give you a sense of where we have the most gaps in our buyer coverage, these are sectors where we're actively looking for partners: - Home services and trades: roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical contracting, pest control, general home services - Construction and specialty contracting: general, specialty, underground and utility - Environmental and waste: waste management, recycling, e-waste, environmental remediation - Transportation and logistics: trucking, auto transport - Healthcare services: nationally - Digital and marketing: agencies, e-commerce, software and SaaS - Government contracting: non defense, federal services, energy consulting - Financial services: fintech, lending, specialty finance - Other: media and content, consulting firms, hospitality staffing If any of these sectors overlap with your search criteria I'd love to connect. Happy to learn about your buy box and keep you in mind as we source opportunities. We generally value personal relationships over pure economics. Cheers, Chris

I’m looking in the $1M-$2M EBITDA range, however, am geographically constrained to Utah. Do you work with buyers that are limited by location?

Hey Chris, We are interested in Hospitality staffing, Healthcare Services, HVAC (have a platform already), commerical Laundry Services (have a platform already), inventory auditing / or other auditing firms (again, have a platform acquired already). Happy to connect and chat some more. Currently we are funding our own deals and slowing considering using outside capital.
