Hello, community.
I am new here, but not new to the search fund world.
I have invested in two search funds who have already bought their company, and given my commitment to two other searchers about to close.
I am looking actively to opportunities in Spain and rest of Europe.
I have been working in Private Equity in Spain for more than 30 years, and I am now investing my own money in search funds.

Good morning ^redacted‌, I am from the Netherlands, and we are currently walking 2 routes: one of bringing investors and companies together in a kind of impact making searchfund, whereby we look for companies in healthcare and AI/IT to take over, and one where we raise capital in order to stimulate growth of companies that are ready to scale themselves (not by M&A). Happy to connect and share thoughts.

Thank you. Mr Juan Cuesta, Pathmaker AB is currently evaluating Small and Micro companies to acquire in Sweden. Next year we will meet SME companies in Sweden and Finland to acquire them. And after that, I will also target SMEs within the EU. And then the whole of Europe. I would love to have a Microsoft Teams meeting with you to network.
