Looking for searcher to take over $700k EBITDA home services deal

I need to refer a $700k EBITDA home services deal that's under LOI to a searcher. I'm unable to move the post close due to personal reasons so its not a fit for me anymore. Must be willing to PG & get SBA debt, my partners and I would come in as minority owners. We have all the diligence done, and APA is ready to sign.
