I'm an independent sponsor in the process of buying a $2.0M EBITDA health care services company in the Southwest. Attractive deal with lots of recurring revenues and improvement potential. I'm looking to possibly partner with a self-funded searcher on this deal. Ideally, someone with a background in healthcare and/or e-commerce. Must be comfortable signing a SBA personal guarantee.
