Looking for SBA Lender – 40,000 SF Industrial Property in Oakland, CA

Looking to connect with an experienced SBA lender who is active in financing industrial and warehouse properties in California. We’re working on a 40,000 square foot industrial asset in Oakland valued around $6–$6.5 million, which will be delivered vacant at closing. The goal is to have financing options in place for potential owner-users prior to launching the broader marketing campaign.
