Hey network - I'm looking at SaaS opportunities around North America. Don't care where HQ is. Ideally, the company has a relative vertical and b2b niche. I would likely step in as CEO, but not for certain. Looking at purchase prices in the $50-100M range. Would love any leads. Thanks!

Bennett, you can use DealMatch https://getdealmatch.com/deals to quickly filter on-market deals according to your criteria. Set [x] Digital & IT businesses and specify min ask price at 50M (in filters). Naturally, not many deals come up, but they can be a start
