Lot of sharks here trying to sell for fees. Get Linkedin premium. Find a team of non exec directors covering the areas of business needed IE chairman, cfo, industry experts, legal, accounting. Give them a small piece of equity of your company, as the founder keep 2 3rds. Do the in house dd (financial & legal) among your team until you get to LOI and then engage outside counsel. Put a one way break up fee in the LOI. Bobs your uncle. Weed out the suspect sellers to find the prospect sellers. Dont follow the above at your own peril. You can get absolutely rinsed very quickly for fees if you take any other route and the deal craters and your up sh*ts creek without a paddle.
