Hey all — we're looking to bring on a headhunter to help us source independent contractor talent in Latin America and parts of Europe. Specifically Developers and Tech Talent. If it fits your category / you don't consider it a agency - take a look at Toptal. Alternatively, agency but they are scrappy - so happy to connect you with the owner of redacted (he's a friend of mine). I also have some former full-stack engineers on my team (both from venezuela - one is colombia now, the other in Spain) - and happy to check if they're available. Just DM me if interested. Or you search on Upwork and do some tech screening yourself (probably the lowest cost route).
