Looking for recommendations for a startup / venture lawyer with deep experience in QSBS (Section 1202)

Specifically someone who can advise on: Structuring angel or early-stage investments to qualify as Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS) Handling SAFE / convertible note conversions while preserving QSBS eligibility QSBS stacking strategies (trusts, entities, etc.) Compliance with Internal Revenue Code Section 1045 rollovers General startup structuring for C-corps Ideally someone experienced with angel investors and early-stage companies. If you’ve worked with someone strong in this area, I’d really appreciate an intro. Thanks!
