Looking for recommendations for a California-based M&A attorney who works with searchers on smaller tuck-in acquisitions. These are relatively small deals, so I'm not looking for a full-service M&A engagement. I plan to handle much of the diligence and first-pass document review myself, but I'd like an experienced attorney who can review the APA and key documents, provide a sanity check, and help keep legal costs reasonable.
