https://qoepro.com/ Two things worth flagging before you scope the engagement: confirm what your lender actually requires. Some want a full buy-side QoE; others are fine with targeted procedures on EBITDA and working capital. No sense paying for more than the credit committee needs. And for industrial services, whoever you hire should spend real time on owner-operator dependency. A lot of the EBITDA in these businesses lives in customer relationships the owner built over 20 years. That's a revenue quality issue, not just an addback question.
