Looking for Private Lenders for Asset-Light Opportunity

Hi Searchers, I’m looking to connect with private lenders (or anyone who can provide intros) for an acquisition opportunity with very strong, stable cash flows, but limited hard assets and minimal AR. It’s a service business with predictable revenue, solid margins, and a strong operating history — but given the asset-light profile, we’re looking for lenders who are comfortable underwriting cash-flow–based deals.
