Hi world, I am looking to partner with private lenders for add-on acquisitions for my two platforms. Bingo Pro and Berri Books. Our industry is very fragmented and so we are able to get great multiples for smaller companies to add on it. We need a very nimble private lender partner happy with smaller check sizes ( sub 300k ).
