Hi, We signed an LOI with the intention to acquire a care home and home care business in the UK for###-###-#### This includes around###-###-#### worth of freehold real estate. The 2025 EBITDA is around 260k.We have an investor that will commit###-###-#### to the deal. The seller is ok with a 100k-150k deferred payment/rollover equity. Therefore, we need around###-###-#### in acquisition financing. We are looking for a (recommendation of a) private credit lender active in the UK that funds these kinds of deals.
