We recently launched a $30mm fund to invest in search and micro-PE. I would be interested in hearing from searchers that have a company under LOI. In general, we prefer B2B and software/tech-enabled deals but are not exclusive to that, so also welcome more traditional search industries as (ie. landscaping, services, etc...)
