Looking for people (founders equity available)

Working on an acquisition - Video Game development firm, 50 Headcount & this will be an incredible deal. My current acquisition team is being flaky (in the most bewildering manner - Lazy I guess)... I'm looking for a second & or someone to add to my team.

experience categories desired: M&A , Financing , Software , Game Dev,
