Working on a deal in Globalization Software.

-$5-10MM purchase price range -x3 products - licensed as suites - no patents -Includes a backlog of business and accounts for corporate consulting work.

I'm building a small 3-5-man founding team. Founders will receive founders' equity. Immediately looking for M&A and Software management experience, preferably as a CEO, CFO, CTO, or entrepreneur- To fill roles: CTO and Chairman.

PS: You may find me posting multiple of these for different deals.- I have a unique way of sourcing deals fast and need to meet the personnel demand. I also have a partner for financing the deals. Ideally, then merge the transactions that pan out successfully. Thank you for considering.
