What is Searchfunder.com?

Investment opportunity for LPs

I'm preparing for a potential equity raise for a deal, and looking expand my network of accredited prospective LPs so we can move quickly once we're ready to proceed.

To date we've never raised outside capital, but have self-funded 12 acquisitions and completed 1 divestiture in b2b services since founding Cub Investments 6 years ago. We've also invested as an LP in a handful of other search SMB ventures. We're now working on some larger deals, and hence may need to access LP equity.
