Looking for Opportunity Zone opportunities

Does anyone here have experience (or know someone) working with Opportunity Zones? I want to recommend OZ's to clients as a way to defer/ eliminate Capital Gains.  (S)he could be a Fund Manager, or others looking to collaborate.
