Looking for one or two US citizens to partner up on dental acquisitions in the US.

I am a Norwegian national looking to acquireredacteddental practices in the us.(mainly the midwest/Omaha) (1 main acquisition (the "mothership"") and 1-2 bolt-ons. Looking for a person with CFO experience to handle some of the financials and a dentist/industry-expert to assist in forcing appreciation.
