I have recently joined Novastone Capital Advisors, who will back 90% of my search with their investor network. I'm looking for the final investor to close my cap table with an investment of 5% of the search fund.

Search fund: UK-based and will focus on B2B services (primarily logistics-related), with an opportunistic view towards light-manufacturing.
Professional experience: strategy consulting (Ernst & Young), small business ownership, large-scale operations (Amazon) and general management in ecommerce and stores (TJX Europe).

To clarify, this initial investment is for 5% participation in the search fund, there could be potential to capture more of the equity during the follow on acquisition stage (especially if there are any equity gaps).
