We are starting to look at the US for acquisitions but are struggling with the right sourcing method (we’ve had some “interesting” conversations with brokers and what they expect…).

I’m therefore posting to see if anyone would be interested in showing us deal flow they either can’t do, don’t want to do or else? We’d be happy to pay a finder’s fee or similar.

Criteria as follows: • Should be off-market • EBITDA/SDE min $500k, better more • Has to have property that can be purchased as part of the transaction • Looking for motivated seller, not someone only interested in cashing out at the highest price possible • Most industries could be considered (except anything capital or resource intensive such as retail, restaurants etc.)
