^redacted‌ are you willing to share the name of the credit union? I'm Canadian myself (from Ottawa, based in Calgary) but I have not heard of any Canadian banks or credit unions doing US deals. I'd be very keen to talk to them if they are still open to US lending. Feel free to DM me if you want to keep the name private.

Will message over on LinkedIn. Maj of cap table was American but still ~30% or 40% cdn iirc FWIW. Our team was also a lot more experienced than a typical searcher. Two ex-iBankers + two ex-operators with deep relevant experience.
