I would explore what lending looks like in that country and reach out to local banks. The market for international lower middle market lending is quite small (I'm not aware of anyone), given the conservative nature of lenders taking FX risk on top of it being a small business is pretty challenging even if it's technically denominated in dollars. If it's Canada or the EU it's more likely to find something than less developed markets.
