I have a deal under LOI that has had explosive growth inredactedPotential for $500K-$1M SDE in next 12 months and will continue to grow), but has $100-200K SDE in TTM. The seller had re-invested all of their money in marketing and implementing processes/systems for scale well above the revenue of the last couple of years, which is why you see little SDE / net income over the last couple of years but now starting to see success. Due to little net income over the last couple of years on their tax returns (spending for growth), SBA will not finance this deal. Does anyone have recommendations for non-SBA financing options?
