Looking for non-PG debt for acquisition of software business

Hello all, We are looking for ~$950k in financing for a recurring software business under LOI. $1m in revenue, about 70-75% in EBITDA margins. My understanding is that some lenders are flexible on the PG. Appreciate any lenders who may be able to help. Thank you.
